PROSPECTS OF SUCCESS

DUNEDIN, June 14. Excellent prospects are reported to have been found by J. Williamson, M. Melver and R,. Walker, who have been working in various parts of Otago for some time, on tbe property occupied by O. Lunas at Tuapeka Mouth, and Claims have been applied for. The miners have expressed the opinion that an old .riverbed has been struck and that it is a continuation of the lead from the Tuapeka Mouth Gold Mining Company’s claim which proved very! rich, in the past feiv months.

P. Skinner, Tuapeka Mouth, also has met AA'ith consider able ,success in prospecting in the same locality.
