FOREIGN WARSHIPS ARRIVE. JY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT PEKING, Oct. 28. Iwo hundred American marines have landed at Tientsin. There is one English, one French, and one Italian gunboat and two Japanese destroyers in the Peiho river. •There has been an excellent response to the locaal authorities’ apoeal for volunteers, and many trains with troops from Shan-Hai-Kwan are proceeding to Peking. Wu-Pei-Fu remains in his native city, and has sent an emissary to the consulates expressing the hope that he would be allowed to remain a few days. -
