(by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION ) GISBORNE, July 30.' 1 he Harbour Board has just let tenders totalling £50,000 for material for the initiation of new harbour works, and the engineer proceeds to Australia by the first boat to arrange for the taking over of a complete dredging plant from the Commonwealth Government.
