NEW TARIFF BILL. TAXING LUXURIES. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT TOKIO, July 12. ' The Tariff Bill, which passed the Lower House despite the strenuous protests of the Opposition, carries the Seiyukai recommendation that domestically produced luxuries shall be subject to a tax similar to that at present proposed; also- that the tariff be revised as occasion warrants.—Reuter.
