ARRANGEMENTS TO PLAY POLO. IT GABLI— PRKB* ASSOCIATION—NEW YORK, July 12. Air E. AY. Hopping, a British polo player, says the Prince of. AVales will leave England on August 26 for the United States. He -will send eight of his, polo ponies here in order to take part in. the English fours practice as a preliminary to the international matches at Aleadowbrook in September. He does not intend to play in the open championship tournament or the Alonty AVaterbury Cup series.
