ARREST OF WOMAN. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) PALMERSTON N., June 12. lesterday detectives visited a confectionery shop in Cuba. Street and arrested the proprietor, Mabel Maud Ihorburn, who. was later charged with using her premises for a common gamlng house. The accused was remanded till next Monday. During a dismission regarding bail, the police stated that there may be other charges of a more serious nature, laying the accused open to fines aggregating several hundred pounds.
