THE BOMB OUTRAGES.
FURTHER EXPLOSINS. FIVE TURKISH OFFICIALS KILLED. ARMENIANS ARRESTED. A WARNING TO FOREIGN AMBASSADORS. (/Vr Press Association. —Copyright.) Constantinople, August 20. Following the outrages of a few days ago another bomb was exploded at the official residence of the Grand Vizier, which killed the Vizier's secretary and four officials. Gangs of men armed with bludgeons paraded the streets, but the police dispersed them, and the city is now quiet. August 21. The four recent explosions in Constantinople were of a most determined nature. In three cases the outrages were the work of Armenian criminals, while Turks were responsible for the fourth —an explosion which occurred on Friday, but was harmless. A further number of Armenians have been arrested. August 22. The Armenian Revolutionary Committee has warned the foreign Ambassadors at Constantinople that they are tin>d of waiting for promised reforms, and have resolved to take action.
