London, June 19. The Queen will accord a special audience to the colonial Premiers and their wives on Monday. The Premiers will be presented by the Prince of Wales, Lord Salisbury, Lord Rosebery, and the the Hon. J. Chamberlain. The ceremony of conferring the honorary degree of Doctor of Laws upon the several colonial Premier.-, and Chief Justice Way was performed yesdav, the proceedings being most imposing. June 20. Special services in connection with the Record Ileign are proceeding today in all churches and chapels throughout Great Britain. There are enormous congregations. Municipal and other corporations are attending in state. Prolonged peals of bells were rung in all churches. The eight visiting Premiers were present at the services at St Margaret's Church, Westminster, and Westminster Abbey, the members of the House of Commons attending St Margaret's and the House of Lords the Abbey and St Paul's.

To-day the troops who are to take part in the State procession marched through the East End. The streets were gaily decorated, and immense crowds lined the entire route, especially in the poorer districts. The Australians were wildly cheered. The Indian princes who arrived to take part in the Jubilee watched the march past from the Mansion House.
