MINERS' CONGRESS.
A MINIMUM WAGE PROPOSAL CARRIED. REGULATING THE OUTPUT OF COAL. ( Per Press Association. —Copyright.) London, June 11. The International Miners' Congress, by a large majority, adopted a resolution in favor of fixing the minimum wage, the only opponents to the motion being the representatives of South Wales. The Miners' National Union Conference has also approved a scheme for international regulation of the output of coal, the Durham and Northumberland miners opposing it.
