Advices, from Constantinople state that Torkf% is now disposed to accept the Tbess&lonian territory, north of the river Peneno, an indemnity of £4,000,000, and a correction of the worst abuses of the Capitulations in settlement of the claims upon Greece. It is suspected that Germany is encouraging the Sultan in his demands.
