An extensive programme has been arranged for the Jubilee celebrations, connm ncing with military and naval church parades on -June 20th. The festivities, which will be continued throughout the week, include : Governor's reception levee, review of forces, torchlight and other processions, illumination of the parks and public buildings, fetes, patriotic concerts, sports, &c.
