LOST THROUGH CARELESSNESS London, July 27. The Marine Court found that the Drummond Castle, which was wrecked in the Bay of Biscay, was not navigated in a seamanlike manner, that the speed was too high, and that the accident might have been averted if the captain had used the lead.
