THE PRICE OF GAB.
[To thr Editor.) Sib, —How long are the gas consumers in Gisborne going to put up with the iresent exorbitant price. In these lard times, when everything is cut down, the Gas Company ought to try to meet us a little. If the price is not reduced ere long, I for one shall go back to kerosene and I have heard several others saying the same thing. If twenty big users would only combine and use kerosene for three months, the Directors would soon come to their senses.—l am, etc. A Habd-up Largs Consumer. Gisborne, August 18.
