He thought it was a Rabbit.

Chbistchubch, July 28. Yesterday a lad named Thomas Sherwood, of Yaldhurst, was accidentally shot by his brother while rabbit shooting. The two lads got separated in the dusk, and the elder seeing what he thought was a rabbit 40 yards ahead of him fired. It proved to be his brother, who received the charge in one of his arms and the side of his head. He is, however, expected to recover.
