THE SYDNEY SMALL-POX OUTBRE AK. DANGER NEARLY OVER. SIR HENRY PARKES ON FREETRADE. Sydney, July 22. All the persons at the Quarantine Station except Alexander, will be released to-day. Sir Henry Parkes addressed a meeting at Orange last night, and indicated that any further fiscal changes would be in the shape of direct taxation in order to still further simplify the Customs tariff and eliminate every vestige of Protection.
