BOWLING Greymouth Club’s Season Opened
The Greymouth Bowling Club opened its 1948 season on Saturday. The president (Mr W. E. Pring) expressed the hope that the season would be a successful one.
Mrs Pring sent up the first bowl, and Mrs L. G. Mercer, the first kitty. Members played a progressive pairs tournament during the afternoon.
