SOVIET ALLEGATION DENIED BY SWEDEN

(Received September 2.0, 9.5 p.m ) STOCKHOLM, September 20. The Prime Minister of Sweden, M. Erlander, said that- the Moscow radio, had reported that Sweden had concluded a secret treaty with the United States to become operative m the event of wor, or of a threat of war. He said this was completely untrue. The Moscow radio, quoting the Tass (Soviet) News Agency, report from Helsinki, claimed that Sweden, under an alleged treaty, undertook to export a number of commodities to’countries which the United States would nominate.
