(Rec. 10.45). SYDNEY Sept 6 On his way to New Zealand to make arrang/nents for the Royal tour, Brigadier N. W. Gwatkm, a representative of the Lord Chambeilain’s office, arrived in Sydney by air to-day. Brigadier Gwatkin said that, during his four weeks in New Zealand, he would arrange accommodation at all of the places which the Royal party, comprising 45 people, would visit: ' He would then return to England, before coming back to Australia, in December, with the King’s Flight, to make similar arrangements.
