ANOTHER CZECH DIPLOMAT RESIGNS
DUBLIN, August 31 Mr Paul Ruzicka, Czechoslovakian Minister in Eire, said he no longer represents the Prague Government. He added that the news that Dr Benes is in a critical state of health confirmed that he had been a broken man since February, when he did not utter a message which 80 per cent., of the Czech people awaited as a to oppose oppression.
