Hungarian Diplomat Refuses to Return From U.S.A.
(Rec. 9.50). WASHINGTON, Aug. 28. The Hungarian Legation here has announced to-day that Mr Ivan G. Nagy, the. Legation’s First Secretary, has refused to obey an order from the Budapest Government to return to Hungary. r . It is understood that Mr Nagy has declared himself a political refugee.
