STATEMENT FOR JULY, 1948. Estates to the value of £627,942 were reported and accepted for administration by the Public Trustee during the month of July, 1948. The new business for the four months ended July 31 was £2,866,797. Grants of administration made by the Court in. favour of the Public Trustee numbered 155 for the month. During the month 729 new wills appointing the Public Trustee executor were prepared on behalf of testators and lodged for safe custody and a6B will were revised io provide for changes desired by testators. The total number of wills now held in the" Public Trust Office on behalf of living persons is 141,320. , s
