YUGOSLAV MOVE TO PREVENT PEOPLE LEAVING COUNTRY

(Rec. 10.40) BELGRADE, Aug. 10 Without giving any reason for its action, the Yugoslav Government yesterday withdrew all Yugoslav passports. and it announced that nobody may leave the country until new passports are issued. The Government added that old passports are valid for return to the country if they bear th° correct visa.
