Accommodation For Single Workers At Runanga Inadequate

At the meeting of the West Coast Trades Council held on Friday night a letter was received from the E.F.C.A. regarding the _ proposed building of a hostel for single men at Runanga. With the definite shortage of suitable accommodation for single railway workers in Greymouth, the E.F.C.A. considered a central hostel would help to alleviate the position.
