(Rec. 9.25) WASHINGTON, April 8 The E.C.A. (Economic Co-operation Administration) is replacing the E.R.P. (European Recovery Programme) in the newspaper headlines. The official title of Mr Paul Hoffman. who has been appointed to administer the Foreign Aid Plan, is “Administrator for Economic Cooperation,” and the Agency which he heads will be called “The Economic Co-operation Administration.” Tne name “European Recovery Programme” consequently disappears.
