30 KILLED BY BLIZZARD. NEW YORK, February 21. The total known dead from the storm is now 30 with the list expected to be increased when full reports are received from all affected localities. Experts declare it to have been one of the worst coastal storms experienced for 25 years. Property has been damaged to the extent of three million dollars, on the Atlantic seaboard as the result'of the blizzard, which travelled at the rate of 76 miles an hour. Eight coastguard men were drowned, their boat beiug smashed to fragments.
