Wellinotox, Aug. 28. Last night Carrington, E. Richardson, Bluett, and Peacock spoke on the Government aide. Richardson, as a professional man, after a full investigation, declared that the prices given to Bro&den were fair and reasonable, and as low as such work was ever done in the Colony. Bryce, Rolleston, and Johnston supported the motion. Wellington, Aug. 28, 7.45 p.m. Sir D. Monro spoke shrongly against tha Ministry. Mr Luckie replied. Mr White is now speaking very strongly against the Ministry generally, but urging on« Government for the Went Coa3t.
