London, Feb. 29. It is reported that the Queen is -going to Germany tovisit her daughter and the Prince Imperial. : . The Lord Mayor to-day presented an address to the Prince of Wales. A riot took place at Killarney yesterday on the arrival of members of Parliament. The Kerry police dispersed the crowd.
