[PEB PBESS ASSOCIATION.] OAMARU, December 21. There is likely to be some trouble over the installation of the Mayor which took place yesterday. There was not then a quorum of the Council present, and the legality of the proceedings will be challenged. The entries for the principal handicaps in the Oamaru Jockey Club March meeting are due to-morrow night.
