MELBOURNE, December 21. Arrived—Orient steamship Chimborazo, from Plymouth, Nov. 6th. • An extensive fire occurred this morning at the premises of Messrs Hemmons, Law and Co., chemists, 55 and 57 Russell street, Melbourne. The fire raged for some time, but has now been completely subdued. The extent of damage is not yet conclusively known, but the loss is believed to be very ieavy.
