Each, in default of payment, to receive the usual terms of imprisonment. Indecent Assault. —Benjamin Cleary was charged with an offence of this nature ns regards a girl of seven years of age. The offence was said to have been committed on September 18th last in an empty house near Ward’s Brewery. The evidence produced was solely that of the little girl. The accused said he could prove an alibi, and he was remanded for twenty-four hours to allow him an. opportunity to do 80.
