FRENCH ANNEXATION. [special to press association.] Received November 23rd, 11.30 a.m. LONDON, November 22, 1.6 a.m. Russia is pressing Prince Alexander Bogorides (Aleko Pasha), Governor General of Roumelia, to abdicate, with a view of bringing about the incorporation of Roumelia and Bulgaria. The Congo treaty has been ratified. The French have annexed Mozab, in South Algeria.
