It has transpired that the Egyptian Government has decided to leave the Eugish Government to determine whether the evidence which has been taken by the Commission at Cairo criminates Arabi in the massacres which took place in Alexandria and other places, and in the burning of Alexandria.
ROME, November 22.
At the opening of the Italian Chamhex’s to-day King Humbert made a speech, in the course of which he announced that the Government would devote itself to the carrying out of internal reforms.
