Malting barley is steadier at 5s 4d; wheat has declined to 6s fid for shipping, and prices are barely maintained. The market for New Zealand oats is very quiet, and prices have declined 2d per bushel during tho week. Feeding qualities are now worth 4» 3d to 4s sd, and milling 4s 4d to 4s fid.

Received October 26th, 1.25 a.m. At their wool sale to-day Messrs Goldshorongh and 00., Limited, catalogued 5000 bales. There was again a crowded attendance of home and foreign buyers, and active competition was experienced, Greasy wools ranged from 10fd to 12jd; scoured realised up to 21d for best quality.
