GRAND NATIONAL STEEPLECHASE

The annual general meeting of the New Zealand Grand National Steeplechase Club was held to-night. The financial position of the olub was shown to be greatly improved during the year, and instead of being £IOO in debt had £B2 to their credit. Mr John Baine was eleoted president for the year, and Mr W. S. Lindsay secretary.
