Robert Frame and James Watson for fighting at the Sawyers' Arms on September 15th, were fined eaoh 10s.—Jgmes Milligan and George Ti let, larrikins, for fighting on Latimer square on the evening of tiaptembsr sth, were fined eaoh £1 and coats. - A case against George Hefford, for falling asleep in his dray while it was proceeding along Papanui road, was adjourned for one week.— Peter Antonio pleaded guilty to being drunk in a railway oarriage, and was fined £2 and oosts. —J. J. Alexander, for leaving his vehicle unattended, was fined £l.—George Dodds, for wheeling a handcart on a footpath, was fined sa. Alex. Johnson was oharged with driving a loaded oart across a footpath on Tuam street east on September 18th.
