The “ Star” reporter has investigated the two cases mentioned in Mr Bradohaw’o report. The craze of “A. T. A.’’is electricity, and his insanity was brought about by drink. The authorities frequently offered to hand him over to the care of his friends, as ha was quite harmless, but none would accept the charge, “B. W.” has twice been discharged from the Asylum and recommitted. _ He is now gradually becoming imbecile, his brain having softened. He fancies others are scheming to do him injury.
