[PRESS ASSOCIATION TKLEOBAM.J WELLINGTON, April 21. The members of the late Ministry were together this morning for nearly two hours, Mr Whitaker being present, but nothing has transpired as to what was done. Mr Whitaker has now gone to the Premier’s residence to consult him. Mr Whitaker had an interview with the Governor this morning, and intimated that he was prepared to form a Ministry, and that it would consist of the former members, with the exception of Mr Hall. The Ministers will be sworn in this afternoon, and immediately afterwards His Excellency will leave for Chriotohuroh. f fbom otra cobbbspondbhtJ Mr Whitaker has formed a Ministry, the members of which ore about to be sworn in. With the exception of Mr Hall, the Ministry will be the same as the last, but the allocation of the portfolios is not yet settled.
