The Fayre. An Old English Fayre was opened at the Garrison Hall last night by Bishop Neville, who read a poem written by himself. Despite the wretched weather, there was a good attendance, the takings being close on £l5O. The RainThe rains yesterday did more damage in the city than was at first believed. All the bonded establishments on the flat are sufferers. At Neill's universal bond goods, including a cargo of sugar, is damaged to the extent of *3OCO. Messrs Sconllar and Decniston are also sufferers.
