Great distress is being experienced by the miners at Mount Brown diggings, on the border of this colony, owing to tho shortness of provisions and water. The New South Wales and South Australian Governments are now organising a scheme for their relief. Parliamentary. The Now South Wales Parliament has been further prorogued to tho 23rd May.
