ADELAIDE, March 9, The Conspiracy Case-
In connection with tho recent disclosures of the conspiracy on the part of Hicks and Barber to defraud the Australian Mutual Provident Society and the Australian Alliance Company, proceedings have been taken against Mr Horten, who attested the signature of Weatherhead, and he has been arrested for collusion with Hicks and Barber.
