Mr W. B. Hughes, the Liberal M.P. for Carnarvon, is dead. PARIS, March 8. Tunisian Atrocities-
Telegrams are to hand from Tunis reporting that bodies of insurgents have committed several raids in various parts of the country, and that a provision train was looted, and a number of Italian and British subjects, who were passengers, killed.
