Reporting on the application to build a bridge across the bay from Dunedin to Grant’s Braes, the Harbor Board’s engineer expressed an opinion that it would not prejudice the Board’s works. He suggested 50ft spans and two swing openings of 100 ft each, and that the work should be completed within two yearr.
