The return cricket match between Shaw's All-England Eleven and Eleven of Victoria was resumed to-day, when there was a large attendance. The Victorians resumed their first innings, which closed for a total of 249, Boyle being the highest scorer with 37. The Englishmen then went in, and when stumps were drawn had put together 201 runs for the loss of five wickets. The following is the full score: —Ullyett stumped, 38; Selby, c, 1; Barlow, c, 19; Bates, b, 84; Midwinter, c, 12 ; Shrewsbury, not out, 35 ; Scotton, not out, 2. SYDNEY, February 26. The Conspiracy Irial. The trial of Messrs Waddel, Baker and Mathesoa for conspiracy to defraud the shareholders of the Milburn Creek Mining Company was concluded to-day. The jury, however, disagreed as to a verdict, and were discharged. The acensed were bound over to appear at the next session
