Alexander Henderson, his drayman, whose duty it was to affix stamrs, and who pleaded forgetfulness, was fined £5 for aiding in the removal of suoh casks, and in another oase £lO for having drawn beer from a cask before having defaced the stamp thereon. J. E Hutchinson, a publican, was fined £2O for not defacirg a j stamp.
