O. on Thursday will be— Messrs Mitchell, Davison, McFarlane, Absalom, Hilton, T. Chapman, Lawson, Monkhouse, E. Chapman, Harrison, end Godfrey; emergencies, Knyvett and P. Thomson. The Rangiora players are—Messrs E. R. Good (captain), Bernays, D’Auvergne, Nalder, Pickard, Mutu, Tainui, Sbeard (2), Bate, and R. Wright; emergencies, Josling and Bobilliard. The match commences at 10.30 a.m. Tho following will represent the Latimer 0.0. in their match against the Caledonian 0.0. on Saturday next: —Tombs, Ross, Raphael, Butcher, A. Bidley, A. Hobbs, P. Hobbs, Smith, Wilson, Fleming, Goughian. Emergency—lfworson. The following have been chosen to play for the U. 0.0.0. in a match against the College, on the Association Ground on Saturday next and March 4th:—Messrs. Pereday, Paul, Baker, Pixley, Griffiths, Oox, Potts, Duncan, MoParlane, Beswiok, and Oaetelli. Emergencies—Tomlinson and Harvey. Play to commence at 2.30 sharp. The match Master Bakers v Master Butchers was played on Wednesday, on Association ground, and resulted in a victory for the butchers. The bakers made in their first innings 71, their opponents putting together 102, Lloyd and Ritchie batted well for the bakers, Dixon and Lodge being to the fore for the butchers, while the bakers were well represented in tho bowling department by Whitfield. A match was played at Amberley on Wednesday between the Amberley and Amnri clubs, Amberley, first innings, 77; Atnari, 111 ; second innings Amberley, 51. Amur: made 18 for the loss of three wickets, Tha Amberley team were captained by Mr Bachelor, and the Amuri team by Me Mitchell.
