LICENSING COMMISSIONERS.
CHRISTCHURCH. The first election for the Christchurch Licensing Bench took place yesterday for the North-west Word (or northern licensing district), with the result that Dr. Prins, Messrs R. J. S. Harman, P. Cunningham, R. Westenra, and O. A. Pritchard were elected. MANDEYILLE AND RANGIORA ROAD BOARD DISTRICT. The following gentlemen were nominated and elected Licensing Commissioners: — i Messrs Malcolm Duncan, Robert Leggett, i William Morrisa, J. Lowthian Wilson, James i Hurso.
