In the Supreme Court to-day au argument was heard upon the injunction recently granted calling upon Commodore Wilson to show cause why he should not he committed for contempt of Court for ordering the re-arrest of bandsman Yates, who deserted from H.M.S. Bacchante. The rule was discharged. A Horsey Dispute-
A dispute has arisen between Mr Pritchard and Mr Prince regarding the ownership of the horses Somnus, Sir Modred, Idalium, and Hilarious. They have been forcibly seized by Mr Pritchard, and legal proceedings for their recovery are threatened by Mr Prince.
