The debate on the motion is proceeding. SYDNEY, June 22. A Captain in Disgrace. An inquiry has been held into the wreck of the barque Queen of Nations, and has resulted in the suspension for twelve months of the certificate of the master, Captain Bache. ADELAIDE, June 23. Political. The Hon. John Colton has declined to undertake the task of forming a new Ministry, and Mr J. C. Bray has consequently been summoned by the Governor.
