It is not stated, however, whether ho has received the protection he sought. CONSTANTINOPLE, Juno 22. The Bulgarians. Intelligence has been received from Bulgaria that the Liberal leaders of the National Assembly, who were arrested yesterday on a charge of attacking Prince Alexander, and insulting the Government, have boon released in consequence of the public agitation against their arrest. Much sympathy is manifested in Roumelia with the Bulgarian agitators, and the action of Prince Alexander is generally condemned.
