MELBOURNE, January 5. WoolThe wool exhibits at the International Exhibition were opened to-day. They were scarcely sufficiently representative, there being only a few from How Zealand. The qualities are unsurpassed, and experts find it most difficult to decide which is best. Sugar FreightsMauritius advices state that engagements for Lyttelton amount to 450 tons. MELBOURNE, January 6. Footballing. The footballers hero are organising a team to leave for England in May. It will include five New Zealanders.
